RICHARD ORBON

I am a retired orthopedic surgeon living in Scottsdale, Arizona. My early years were spent along the Northeast corridor, from New York City to Boston, and I have also lived and studied in both Europe and the United States. Fourteen years ago, I moved to the Southwest, where I began my artistic career. I have studied with artists including Lorrie Putnam, Desmond O’Hagan, Scott Burdick, Matt Smith, Tim Rees, and Rose Franzen, each of whom has shaped my development as a painter.
